Our team assists members with daily activities, promoting independence while ensuring their safety and well-being. This service is tailored to meet the individual needs of each member, helping them thrive in their daily lives.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE & CARE
We provide support that enable members to engage actively in their local communities and build independence. This includes assistance with attending events, participating in local activities, and integrating socially, which are all crucial for a fulfilling life.
Community Access & Community Living Supports
Recognizing the need for primary caregivers to take breaks, our respite services offer temporary relief that ensures our members continue to receive care in a safe, nurturing environment.
Respite Care
Offers 24-hour residential support for a nurturing home environment.
FAMILY HOME PROVIDER
Provide help with daily household tasks and routine maintenance.
HOMEMAKER SERVICES
This program offers 24-hour residential support, where participants share a home with one or two other waiver participants. They receive help with daily living skills, medical appointments, and ongoing care.
STAFFED Residence
Choosing AssuredLink means partnering with a care provider that values equality and justice, offering services that not only meet the practical needs of individuals with disabilities but also honor their rights to dignity and inclusion.
